Marsh Barton
Marsh Barton is Exeter's largest trading estate and is located on the southern outskirts of
the city. The estate has easy road access to all major routes. A park & ride service is also operated which links to
the city centre.
If you need a new vehicle, whether it's a car, van or motorbike, then Marsh Barton is the place to go. The trading
estate includes one of the largest motoring centres in the country with a large collection of main vehicle dealerships
and independent garages in close proximity.
As well as all the car and vehicle sales, other businesses on the estate include builders merchants, stationers, tool
hire, wholesalers, the Exeter Livestock Market held within the Matford Centre, and the Stone Lane Retail Park.
The Stone Lane Retail Park can be found if coming from the city centre direction. Go along Alphington Road, enter Marsh
Barton opposite the Severn Stars Inn, and the park is on the left-hand side. Several of the large multiple stores are
located here surrounding a large parking area. A McDonald’s fast food drive-through is also available within the retail park.
