what: Get ready to fall in love with TROPICANA – The Passion Tour, the brand new show from Holiday on Ice! Created and choreographed by Olympic champion Robin Cousins MBE, TROPICANA takes you on a journey that celebrates love, life, music and dance in one of the most thrilling ice spectaculars you will ever see.
Robin Cousins’s love of skating and desire for artistic excellence has given us some of the most unforgettable performances ever seen on ice. In TROPICANA Robin invites you to share his dance and musical inspirations - from the high octane rock ‘n’ roll of fifties America to a smouldering bolero and the steamy Latin rhythms of a tropical night club – brought to life by a cast of over 40 world class skaters.
As well as offering an original musical score, TROPICANA features interpretations of some of the best loved songs from world-renowned songwriter Barry Manilow including ‘I Can’t Smile Without You’, the iconic ‘Mandy’ and the one and only ‘Copacabana’.
